In court, both Sara and Harry explain their struggles, with Harry admitting he neglected his family, and Sara explaining her emotional breakdown. Ultimately, Sara is granted custody of the children, and as they leave, the kids refuse to go with her, expressing their desire for both parents. Sara breaks down, unable to leave them behind.
